We take the online experience and make it unique to you, here’s what to expect:
– An initial consultation to review your goals, injury history, set up your ideal workout schedule, discuss equipment you have at home, and set your goal review sessions
– You will recieve your workouts on our app to keep you accountable and on track
– You will get weekly check in emails to review your workouts and the habit’s that you’re working on that week & goal review sessions booked every 90 days
– Your online experience is always tailored to you, your goals, and schedule. Life happens, and we want to teach you how to adjust, plan, and continue to take care of yourself, even in the “busy” times.
