Semi-Private training is an individualized approach to your workout with the community feel of a group of 2-4 people. Each workout is tailored to you, your goals, and you getting results.

Our trainers will do a full movement screen and assessment with you to determine the program that best suits your needs, wants and goals. You will have access to your program on our app.

Joining a group or training with friends and family keeps you more accountable then training on your own, allows you to come more often, and gives you the opportunity to push yourself out of your comfort zone.
