Our small group program has small class sizes (10 or less) focusing on your individual goals, pain and injuries. We customize your workouts on our app to allow you to join small group with a tailored program for your own specific needs. Work out in the gym with a group of likeminded people with the same goals…to get strong, mobile and reduce pain and injury.
