Owner
Right Fit began as a dream on my vision board in grade 3 and quickly turned into a business as my Dad turned my garage into my first studio in 2009. After finishing at the University in Ottawa with a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics and becoming a Registered Kinesiologist, I knew I wanted to have an impact on people long term. After years of working with hundreds of people, my approach to fitness and health has changed, but I have also changed how Right Fit operates.
We know how hard it is to step foot in the gym. We know how hard it is to start. We know how hard it is to stay consistent, but our goal is to help you with all of these things. I now have a big focus on the business side of things- keeping my team, my clients and our space the best it can possibly be is my number 1 goal.
